PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk Announces the 2026 Annual Public Expose Plan
Jakarta, June 2026 — PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS) announced its plan to hold the Annual Public Expose as part of the Company’s commitment to transparency and information disclosure to shareholders, investors, and the public.
The Public Expose will be held offline on:

- Time : 13.00 Western Indonesia Time
- Venue : Arjuna Yudhistira Ballroom, Hotel Bidakara, Jakarta
The event is organized in compliance with Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. 00015/BEI/01-2021 Article III.3 regarding the Public Expose obligation for listed companies.
During the Public Expose, the Company will present several strategic updates, including the Company profile, progress of the Karawang LNG Station Project, the Company’s work plan and budget, as well as future business development plans.
